People are rarely one dimensional, so you will find that I am like most people. A serial entrepreneur, I consider myself to be mutli-hyphenate because my creativity increases my motivation and enthusiasm in trying new things.
They tell you that bios are to be written in third person, so I’m going to go ahead and do that. But in the spirit of transparency, I will share that I am writing all these wonderful things about myself.
Jolandra Cole McNeil has been working creatively in the real estate space since the start of 2018. Having a real estate developer for a father, Jolandra has been engulfed in real estate constructing and transacting most of her life. Because of this upbringing, Jolandra quickly learned the importance of commitment, consistency, and client-focused problem-solving. By 2022, Jolandra obtained her broker’s license, and a few months later, she opened The Coleture | Real Estate Brokerage.
Jolandra holds memberships with Louisiana CCIM, CREW New Orleans, National Association of Realtors, Louisiana Realtors, New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors and the Commercial Investment Division. Jolandra maintains that her niche is people and recognizes a focus on commercial and luxury properties.
