They tell you that bios are to be written in third person, so I’m going to go ahead and do that. But in the spirit of transparency, I will share that I am writing all these wonderful things about myself.  

Jolandra Cole McNeil is the managing broker and owner of The Coleture Real Estate Brokerage, a Civil Law Notary commissioned for life, and a Creative Economic Developer. Having worked creatively in the real estate space since early 2018, Jolandra’s love story with real estate began as a small child. On weekends when her mother was working, daddy-daughter time consisted of Home Depot runs and construction sites. Her father was instrumental in exposing her to the world of real estate, showing her first-hand how to identify opportunities and how to bring creativity to underutilized properties. She did not know it at the time, but real estate would soon become one of the great loves of her life.

Jolandra, a CCIM Candidate, is an active member of several trade organizations, including Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Louisiana CCIM, the National Association of REALTORS, Louisiana REALTORS, where she is on the Commercial Real Estate Committee, New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS and the Commercial Investment Division. In addition to these organizations, Jolandra also proudly serves on the Board of Directors for Tchoupitoulas Art Corridor.

Though her passion for commercial real estate is palpable, her family is the most important business in her life. From writing books with her young son to developing future plans for her rising high schooler, setting positive expectations and examples for her children, maintaining a healthy and happy relationship with her husband, growing and elevating her business portfolio, the movie nights, flights and all the in-between from just trying to live a good life, Jolandra hits bumps in the road, but does not waver.
